Christmas Around the World Theme & Lesson Plan for Preschool. Holidays Around The World is one of our favorite themes during the month of December. Three years ago we did our first Holidays Around The World research project in our class. We talk about trying to use a “push” or a force to make La Befana fly. We visited 14 different countries and learned how they celebrate Christmas in those countries with food, clothing, customs, and more!
